This thing is so cool! The blades are sharp as hell but sheathed, so you can't stab yourself. It works great! I used it on two ribeye steaks and made two into four (had to cut them in half). Soaked them in my marinade for two days, and let me tell you, you could cut the meat with a spoon. Then I threw it in the dishwasher, and it came out good as new. I would definitely recommend this for every cook.
